35bd Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the 35bd platform and all its services, including sports betting, online casino, live casino, slots and other gaming services. From the moment a user begins using the 35bd website or app, they are considered to have fully agreed to these terms.

35bd reserves the right to amend, add to or revise these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website. It is therefore each user's responsibility to check this page regularly.

To open an account on the 35bd platform, the following conditions must be met:

• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate and kept up to date.
• Each person may open only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The account must be in the name of the person registering and may not be opened on behalf of a third party.
• Mobile number verification (OTP) is mandatory — registration cannot be completed without an active Bangladeshi number.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required — in that case, national ID card or passport details must be provided.

If false information is provided at registration or multiple accounts are operated, 35bd reserves the right to immediately close the accounts concerned and forfeit all balances.

Use of 35bd by minors (under 21) is strictly prohibited. Age is verified at registration and additional verification may be requested at any time. If it is proven that an account holder is under 21, that account will be permanently closed and all related deposits and winnings will be forfeited.

If a parent or family member believes a minor is accessing 35bd using their device, please contact our customer support immediately.

Each user's username and password are entirely personal and confidential. Sharing login details with anyone else is prohibited. Follow the guidelines below to keep your account secure:

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.

• Payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions will be subject to investigation.

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. The same rules apply to all payment methods and the minimum deposit of ৳300 is mandatory.

Winnings on 35bd can be withdrawn via bKash, Nagad or Rocket. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed on the account before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile number used at registration or to an account registered in the user's name.
• The withdrawal process generally takes between 10 and 45 minutes to complete.
• If any unusual activity is suspected, 35bd may place a withdrawal request on hold and conduct an investigation.

Before withdrawing bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met (see Section 7). Withdrawal requests may be declined if wagering requirements have not been fulfilled.

New members on the 35bd platform receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The key conditions for bonuses are listed below:

• The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn.
• Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000 — total balance ৳2,000 — the amount that must be wagered before withdrawal is ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.
• A bonus is not cash — it cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirements have been met.
• One account is eligible for one welcome bonus only.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent use is found, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.

VIP members receive weekly cashback — up to 0.2% at Bronze level, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold and 1.0% at Platinum, based on weekly net losses. Example: As a Gold member, a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week gives ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.

The following rules must be followed when using 35bd sports betting services:

8.1 Placing Bets

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• In the event of a system error or incorrectly displayed odds, 35bd reserves the right to void that bet.
• Pre-match bets on an event will be automatically voided once that event has started.

8.2 Multi Bets

• All selections in a multi bet must win — if any one loses, the entire bet is void.
• Different markets from the same match may not be combined in a multi bet.

8.3 Event Cancellation

• If a match or event is not completed and no result is declared, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• For cricket matches abandoned due to rain or other reasons, the applicable rules will be followed.

The 35bd casino section offers slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti and other games. The following conditions apply to using these games:

• Each game has its own rules — read them before playing.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical fault, the game will resume from the last saved state or the bet will be refunded.
• 35bd will not be held responsible for a disconnection during a game round if that disconnection is caused by the user's own connection or device.
• Game results are determined by a neutral random number generator (RNG).

Live casino games are broadcast in real time with real dealers. Observing the specified betting limits during live games is mandatory.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 35bd platform and, if proven, will result in the permanent closure of the account:

• Operating multiple accounts or opening an account in someone else's name.
• Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Match fixing or placing bets using inside information.
• Using software, bots or automated methods to operate an account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Fraudulent behaviour towards other users or use of inappropriate language in live chat.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.

35bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• An account may be temporarily suspended for the purpose of an investigation.

Users may also request to close their own account. An opportunity to withdraw any legitimate balance will be given before the account is closed, though this does not apply to forfeitable bonuses or fraudulent transactions.

The 35bd platform accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss of a bet or game due to internet disconnection.
• Problems caused by a fault in the user's own device or software.
• Loss resulting from unauthorised third-party access to an account.
• Temporary service interruption due to unexpected technical faults.
